Our Story – Lankan Appachchies Jeddah

Our WhatsApp group began with a simple purpose: to support our Football Academy with real‑time communication Created by Mohamed Ifham on 01st May 2025. We started with just five members, ( Nazik , Sanij , Ifham ,Azard Nana , Nazrin Coach  focused only on coordinating practices and updates.

But life had other plans.

After an unexpected situation, we realized the importance of bringing all our parents together in one place. That moment changed everything. We created a single group for everyone, and soon the idea of giving it a name came up. After a few suggestions. Sanij , Ifham and Nazik , Azard Nana made the final call—and that’s how “Lankan Appachchies Jeddah” was born.

From that day onward, our group grew into a real community. Parents joined, families connected, and friendships formed.

We officially started our group on 05 May 2025, and now, as we approach our first anniversary, we look back with pride. What began as a small communication group has become a family—a place where Sri Lankan parents in Jeddah support each other, enjoy together, and create lasting memories.

Our journey continues, and the best moments are still ahead.
